You have to apply online to take Library membership following the website: www.kalspgc.org
All the staff members of Shia P.G. College Lucknow including teaching, non-teaching, permanent and part-time staff, and other staff appointed by the College are allowed to use library facilities.
Users can recommend a book to be made available by the library through their respective department heads and a personal request is not accepted.
If the borrowed book is lost then immediately borrower should give an application to the librarian stating the cause. The borrower has to purchase the same book from the market containing the same title, author, and edition or latest edition failing which, the library shall be charged three times of face value of the books with Rs. 20/- replacement charges.
Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) (installed in the reading room) is used to find a book or journal manually. You can search for the documents by title, author, or subject.
College Previous Year Question Papers since 2015 are available on Central Library Website.
